What shoe size should I order? Do all styles fit the same?

All our styles are built according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. However, due to our unique knitting technique and the shape of each silhouette, there may be slight variances in fit. If you wear a half size, most customers recommend sizing up for maximum comfort. This style features adjustable laces and a soft terry-lined tongue, so you can create a customizable fit.

Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email?

If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Threadless to your safe list. While we aren’t able to resend your email confirmation, you may check your Order Status or contact our Help team with your name and email address used to place the order and we can confirm the order for you.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your drmartens-outlet.com account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

When will my order arrive?

All drmartens-outlet.com products are custom-printed, made just for you right when you order. Because of this, processing time is typically 2 – 5 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales and promotions. You’ll see the processing time noted at checkout and in your email confirmation.
